At Island Runners, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and personal information. You can permanently delete your account directly within the app at any time.

Driver App – How to Delete Your Account

To delete your Driver account:

Open the Island Runners Driver App.
Tap the Hamburger Menu (☰) in the top corner.
Select View Account.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

Rider App – How to Delete Your Account

To delete your Rider account:

Open the Island Runners Rider App.
Tap the Profile tab.
Scroll down and select Account Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

What Data Is Deleted?

When you delete your account, all personal information associated with your Island Runners account is permanently removed, including:

Account profile information
Name and contact details
Login credentials
Saved preferences
Ride history associated with your account
Any other user data stored within the Island Runners platform

Data Retention

Island Runners does not retain any personal account data after an account has been deleted.

Data retained after deletion: None
Retention period: No retention period applies
Deletion timeframe: Immediate upon confirmation of account deletion

Once your account has been deleted, the action cannot be reversed, and the account cannot be recovered.
