5. Bookings & Payments Fares are estimated or displayed before booking. All payments are cashless and processed through the app. Cancellation fees and service charges may apply.

6. User Conduct Users agree not to engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior, including harassment, fraud, or damage to vehicles or property.

7. Safety & Liability Island Runners is not responsible for the actions or conduct of drivers or riders. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Insurance Drivers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage. Island Runners does not guarantee coverage for incidents.

9. Ratings & Termination Users may rate each other. Island Runners reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, safety concerns, or misconduct.

10. Fees Island Runners may charge service and processing fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
